Château Moulin de Peyronin

AOP Bordeaux

Château Moulin de Peyronin is a biodynamic winery in Bordeaux that has been producing high-quality organic wines since 1976. Passionate about natural winemaking, Franck and Véronique Terral purchased the 14- hectare estate in 2006. Believing that biodynamics is synonymous with biodiversity, agroforestry, and respect for the soil and the environment, they converted the estate to biodynamic viticulture, achieving certification in 2019.

Nestled atop the hill of the small village of Pujols next to an old windmill (Moulin in French), this exceptional terroir is home to a diverse array of grape varieties. The Terrals aim to reflect the richness of their terroir and the human touch in their wines through biodynamic practices that prioritize a global balance for the vines’ harmonious and healthy development.

Today, Franck and Véronique tend to the vineyards with the occasional help of their young daughters, Emma and Romane. They believe in the coherence of biodynamics with the environment, including biodiversity, agroforestry, and respect for the soil and surroundings.
